Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 14 days before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Bookings canceled within 12 hours of reservation are also eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date are non-refundable, as are last-minute cancellations.
To request a cancellation, guests must email us at info@desertwindbaja.com. Please allow up to one week for the refund to be processed.
